PRICING AND PAYMENT
Our pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change. Current standard rates include:
- TX POSTS Wood Post Installation: $65
- Metal Frame Installation: $55-60
- Post Removal: FREE
- Rush Service (Next Day/Specific Day): +$50
Additional add-ons and services are available at additional cost. Full pricing details are provided during the order process.
Billing Terms
TX POSTS operates on a monthly invoicing model. All services rendered during a calendar month are compiled into a single invoice sent on the 1st of the following month. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
We offer flexible scheduling options:
- Standard Scheduling: 2-3 business day window (included)
- Specific Day: Choose your exact installation date (+$50)
- Next Business Day: Priority installation (+$50)
To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rush fees for cancelled rush orders may not be refunded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TX POSTS shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Delays or failures in SMS message delivery
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TX POSTS, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
